Insight Exchange centres on lived expertise of domestic, family and sexualised violence and gives voice to these experiences. It is designed to inform and strengthen social, service and systemic responses to domestic, family and sexualised violence. Our thanks to every person who contributed insights for the benefit of many.
Insight Exchange provides free (donated) information, insights and reflection materials to people in any community, service or system.
Listening - Listening to lived experience insights is essential. The insights include victims’ experiences of, responses to, and resistance against violence and abuse.
Exploring - Individually and collectively, we can listen to and be led by victim-survivors’ insights and experiences of violence and abuse.
Responding - Our response to listening to lived expertise is what makes the difference – socially and systemically.
Learning - Individually and collectively we can build on our understanding to inform our responses to domestic, family and sexualised violence.
Participating - There are several ways you can participate in Insight Exchange at your lead.
Responders Lab (new)
The Responders Lab is a free (donated) interactive opportunity with peers.
It is designed to support you in exploring and building on your understanding of domestic, family and sexualised violence, and how this influences what you might notice, think or do in your responses.
Each of us are part of communities, dependent on others, friends to many and family to someone. Every response matters. The Responders Lab is for anyone - friends, family, colleagues, neighbours, community peers, institutions, organisations, services, businesses and community groups.
An invitation - View, share or embed the invitation to the Responders Lab (80sec)
Participation: There are 3 ways to participate in the Responders Lab. All options are free (donated). The options and booking links are explained on the Responders Lab page.
