Booking a virtual facilitated session (2hrs) for a group.

The Responders Lab is explained on the Responders Lab landing page. Please view the invite (animation) before completing the booking form (below).

This booking form is to include a 2hr virtual facilitated session of the Responders Lab. The booking can be to:

• Include the session in your course work, workplace, organisation or community.
• Share the session by inviting your suppliers, collaborators, partners as peer guests.

The session includes viewing the responders lab content and exchanging insights with peers in response to the content. The session is facilitated by the Responders Lab team.

Booking Participation terms:

• The session date/time options are displayed in the booking form (below).
• 48hrs after booking you will receive email confirmation including the link to the session 
• After receiving the confirmation, invitations to invitees are shared and coordinated by the booking applicant. [Individuals in your group do not need to individually complete the booking form].

Group Size: Minimum of 10 participants is required or please cancel 7 days in advance. Maximum of 30 participants (For university classes a larger class size is permitted). Multiple sessions (at different dates/times) can be booked if more than 30 people in your group.
