Participation Terms(Required)

Donated Responder Lab Scholarship includes:

(1) 1 day (in-person)
Participation is free (donated) and tea/coffee and lunch provided
Note:
The session is interactive and conversational
No pre-requisite reading & experience required
No testing/assessment in/after the session
Transit and accommodation costs are not supplied, and participants are not paid by Insight Exchange to participate
We will clarify dietary and specific access requirements on confirmation

(2) 4 x 2hr (virtual) pop-up sessions (reflexive peer support)
Participation is free (donated) and link will be provided
Note:
The session is for active participation (please use computer/laptop not phone).
Virtual Sessions will not be recorded or documented.
The use of computer cameras on is welcomed for conversation.
The chat room function will not be used so that whole group conversation is prioritised.

(3) Insight Exchange Landing Cards
4000 donated landing cards (business card size) (with static QR Codes) to Insight Exchange materials for your community (200 of each design)
We will introduce the materials at the Responders Lab
You will receive a single set of the 20 landing cards at the in-person session
We will deliver the print stock to the address you specify within 2 months of the in-person session
The landing cards need to be used/shared without cost barriers

Participation Requirements:
Expression of interest (EOI) needs to be completed then confirmed
Commitment to all 3 components above is essential
Cancellation within 48hrs of the start of the scholarship is required (you will be moved to bottom of waiting list)
Selection is based on first in first served per sector *Donated scholarship 1 (max) per organisation.
The applicant on the EOI is the participant – participation can’t be shared, rotated or delegated to others

To uphold the safety and dignity of all participants, we reserve the right to exclude or cease the participation of any guest who is undermining this principle.
